OPENING OCT 2026Over the course of my career, I have been fascinated by what drives people and their behaviour. I’ve been curious about what circumstances, tools and modalities create an opening for change and transformation.
After finishing my Masters Degree in Psychology, I felt the impact I was having on society was limited. I wanted to contribute more. I came across the Grinberg Method and found somatic therapy and bodywork an incredibly efficient way to approach to dealing with life’s challenges.
Fast forward 5 years and hundreds of hours of training, I now run a clinic full time in Eichstätt, servicing the general public.
How is this relevant to you?
Starting in October, 2026 I will opening a second clinic (one day a week) in Nuremberg servicing only Psychotherapists. The rest of my week will still be in Eichstätt.
PURPOSEAfter seeing the impact the bodywork has had on the general public, I want to work specifically with psychotherapists to create a ripple effect in the community.
The premise is simple, if I can use bodywork to help psychotherapists be more fulfilled and successful in their career and their practice, this will not only impact their clients but all areas of their personal life.
I’m not looking to replace psychotherapy (note: I am a psychotherapist in-training myself) but instead, I want to inspire professionals to be curious and try new modalities. Plus, I want to track the results through research and study.
How does it work?
I am starting off with a small selective group of psychotherapists and the issues we work on will be unique to each individual. We will look at your clinic and practice and how you want to transform it. Perhaps you want more clients or a different type of client.
We will start with a 90 min in-take session (€245) which will allow us both to determine if it’s a good fit. In this session, you will also decide which issues you want to work on and we can discuss tracking your progress.
If we both want to proceed, each psychotherapist will embark on a 3 month (minimum) to 12 month journey with me with weekly sessions (excluding holidays).
In addition to the sessions, you will also receive an optional body attention / awareness program with daily practices (recommended).
The cost of the program will be determined by the number of sessions, length of the program and level of support required (phone / email etc). Note: This can also include ‘colleague debriefing’ sessions where we discuss how bodywork fits into the industry.
The key qualifier is genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn something new. Since I only have one day available in Nuremberg, I only want to work with clients who are willing to apply themselves.
