Most psychologists are not trained in bodywork and most bodyworkers have not studied psychology.

Samuel Harder combines psychology and bodywork (with his research at Basel University) and brings a unique perspective and understanding on what needs to change in the mind and body for meaningful transformation to occur in our everyday lives .

Samuel Harder is a Psychologist and Certified Grinberg Method Practitioner and Somatic Therapist located between Eichstätt (just 1 hour from Munich) and Nuremberg, Germany.

He has a Masters in Psychology and is a Psychotherapist in training. His background includes the research in the field of substance-assisted psychotherapy at the University of Basel, Switzerland. His academic studies, research and interests have provided him with an innovative and effective approach to transformational change.

Currently his main focus is on providing Grinberg Method Bodywork sessions as these have generated the most consistent long term results in his clients.

MISSON

To redefine people’s experience of fear and pain in their body.

Fear and pain are two fundamental psychological and physiological human experiences that none of us can avoid. Yet so much of our energy is spent trying to escape them: resisting, bracing, anticipating, and protecting ourselves from what we feel.

I believe that when we change our relationship with fear and pain, we begin to loosen the grip of limiting beliefs and behaviours. From that place, real transformation becomes possible.

If this speaks to you, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.

VISION

To create a lasting impact on humanity by transforming the way we relate to one another.

I envision a deeply integrated and nourishing community where people feel safe to be themselves and connect authentically. A space where difference is not only accepted, but valued, and where everyone knows they truly belong.
