Book a Grinberg Method Bodywork Session with Samuel at Orada

The Grinberg Method is a somatic approach that allows you to work with injuries, chronic symptoms, old traumas, limiting beliefs and unwanted behaviours.

Samuel Harder is a Psychologist, Somatic Therapist and Psychotherapist-in-training from Germany. He will be offering Grinberg Method bodywork sessions at Michaela Boehm’s retreat in October at Monte da Orada in Portugal.

  • Samuel Harder is a Psychologist and Certified Grinberg Method Practitioner and Somatic Therapist located between Eichstätt (just 1 hour from Munich) and Nuremberg, Germany.

    He has a Masters in Psychology and is a Psychotherapist in training. His background includes research in the field of substance-assisted psychotherapy at the University of Basel, Switzerland.

    Samuel has been studying with Michaela Boehm & Steve James since 2018 and is Certified Teacher in both The Non-Linear Movement Method® and The Intimacy and Attraction Workshop®.

  • We start the session by discussing the theme / issue / challenge you want to work on. Through attentive touch and guided attention, we explore how you hold tension, breathe, and respond to stress / emotions that are triggered.

    We then work to drop or undo the habitual patterns that show up in the body and allow space for something new and/or different to emerge.

  • 60 mins.

  • Yes. Many participants in the past have booked 2-4 sessions during the retreat.

    We do not recommend you book more than one a day unless you are very familiar with the Grinberg Method.

  • €100 per session. Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer to an EU account.

  • Most sessions are conducted with partial clothing / underwear. However if you are more comfortable with clothes, that’s also fine.

  • No. The sessions take place at the beginning of the day, during the lunch break and at the end of the day.

    Session start times are as follows:

    • 7am

    • 8:05am

    • 1:15pm - 2:15pm (during the lunch break)

    • 8:30pm (or as soon as the evening sesison ends)

  • Yes. Different practitioners naturally have different styles. Feel free to book with both to see what style you prefer.

    • You can reschedule your appointment (subject to availability) or cancel your appointment free of charge 24 hours prior.

    • Any changes or no shows within 24 hours incur the full 100% fee.
